- The rules allow up to 6 guests, but given the size we recommend up to about 4.
- About every 10 days we will ask whether we may come in to clean. You can decline.

Frequently asked questions
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM.
If there is no booking right before or after yours, we may be able to adjust the times. There is no fixed fee; we decide case by case.
As the apartment is unstaffed, we cannot store luggage before check-in.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 6 guests for short stays (2–29 nights).
Long stays of 30 nights or more also allow 6 by the rules, but we recommend up to about 4 because of the size.
Can I book a single night?
Short stays are for 2 nights or more.
How does check-in work?
It is self check-in with no staff on site.
After booking, you pre-register on your phone from the link we send. On the day, you scan the QR code in the room.
Entry instructions are in the stay guide sent after booking.
Can I come by car? Is there parking?
It is about 15 minutes by car from JR Sapporo Station.
The building's car park cannot be used, but there are several coin parking lots next door and nearby.
What amenities are provided?

Bathroom: hair dryer, toothbrushes, comb, body soap, shampoo, conditioner.
